Plenty of Fish Reviews - I have one friend I met on OK Cupid that I've been friends with for 4 years. I also noticed all the profiles I received were as if they were handwritten or hand picked for me from where they were from to wording to my preferences in men most all looked very similar also.
Always trying to get you to upgrade to paying lots of money for jack crap. Fake accounts left right and center. Absolute 100% nonsense site and should be referred to consumer protection authorities for false advertising and scamming. First of all, be warned you will have a lot of offers and will receive a lot of indecent pics regardless of how clear cut your profile is. They DONT read it. If you reject them they insult you. Reporting is not there to actually work but a pretend feature. All people you block and report are still there. Everyone on there IS also on Tinder. All fakes and word of advice don't go out without asking for a body pic first. Seriously so revolting absolute disgrace. This site has so many fake users, they are blatantly fake having ads for other dating sites in their profiles! There also many fake profiles in general. Women of course get to abuse men as much as they like and that is perfectly fine. Meanwhile the women break the rules left right and centre and nothing is ever done about it. Don't waste your time and if you are a man reading this, then remember these sites don't actually want you to find anyone, they want you to keep on using their site which means they actually aim to fail you! If POF was at all interested in having people talk, there would be incentives for people to write messages and specially incentives to reply to them, these don't exist! So, don't waste your time, and Definitely, don't waste your money! I just hope there might be other sites out there that actually do work! Full of fake profiles... This site is a predator on people emotions and vulnerability. It is a scam on so many levels and a platform for behaviour that is unjust and uncalled for. Been on POF on and off 5 years. Lots of same pics and profiles years old. I have met 2 nice ladies here out of many messages. Then first contact wants email and phone no, then 55 yo wants toy boy 30-45, waste of time reading profile. Zero result me contacting them, even tho I fit their wants. I am well off, comfortable and been told not bad for my age. Didn't say this tho, did that when I first joined and got gold diggers with low morals. Pity this review site can't go lower than one star. Join as a free member you can not chat, read messages. I don't know why there are options of reporting a profile, when nothing is done about it. Been this way for YEARS. Scammers eventually are removed within three weeks, but reporting faceless pics and sheer stupidity doesn't get a look in. Other than that, it's basically desperado town for the over fifty-five women seeking a decent man. Most look like criminals or they've just finished getting their rocks off lol. Go on, take a look at that age group... You'll laugh for sure. After creating a nice profile page, I was ready to find love! I received a few expressions of interest. Now, I believe in being courteous, and was in the process of replying to all my messages. The trouble started when I logged out, then tried to log back in the next day. I kept getting a message saying my username and Password were incorrect! POF are meant to send me a new password in my email, but NO RESPONSE. NO new password anywhere, not in the SPAM box or the INBOX. The website is terrible. No, I didn't post any nude, rude, or inappropriate pictures. All my messages to other users were polite. Back to the drawing board.... Decided to try POF. Utter rubbish, fake after scam after fake accounts. I am a legitimate person with a successful business, yet no reply to countless messages. I have even got blocked for sending a message asking what is your favorite travel destination? All these applications are complete rubbish. It is a shame that in the real world people in my age group struggle to comunicate. What is the point of even trying. Where do i even start? I was absent from PoF for around 7 months and decided to rejoin.. Not a day had gone past and i couldn't log in for some strange reason - not once did i say anything rude or do anything to break their TOS.. Like others have said, PoF shouldn't even exist as it's a complete waste of time. If you're serious about dating, go meet people in real life and get to know them that way. Don't even give PoF money, save the money for coffee dates, etc.. Dear Gentleman, thats right don't be brainless!!!!!! Please also let me tell you the website discriminates against age, you cant contact any woman that maybe 10 years younger than you, so in my case and having an attraction to younger asian woman its a NO NO. Gentleman sorry to be so direct but i want you to save your money and do not go near this website as a well travelled individual, and not stupid this company must be ripping people off left right and centre i had another 5 months subscription but to great satisfaction cancelled the whole thing.
